Ms Lynette Ong is Assistant Chief Operating Officer, Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She is a change leader, experienced and passionate in transformation work through driving care and process redesign, workforce transformation, culture development and people development. She is an advocate for design thinking and lean in healthcare, championing for user-centered processes and products with built-in efficiency and sustainability. Under her charge, TTSH is one of the founding members of the Singapore Chapter of the International Service Design Network (SDN). The network provides opportunities to co-learn from a larger design community and provide new insights to improving care delivery. 

Ms Ong is also the Associate Director, Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI). She oversees the CHI Living Lab, which supports the development of innovative ideas for proof of concept and value.

Ms Ong is a trained change practitioner by INSEAD Business School, Belmont University – Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business and Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
