Ms Clara Sin was appointed the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NUH in 2018.  NUH, a member of the National University Health System (NUHS), is a 1,210-bed tertiary hospital.

Clara has been with NUH since 2002 and has extensive experience in hospital operations; overseeing various clinical departments, including the Emergency Department.
