Bio

Dr Jason Chan received his undergraduate medical training at the National University of Singapore, and completed his Fellowship of the College of Family Physicians, Singapore in 2022. He currently serves as the 2IC of the Respiratory Special Interest Group in National Health Group Polyclinics and directs the National Healthcare Group Family Medicine residency programme. He practises weekly at Geylang Polyclinic seeing a wide range of acute and chronic care patients.
