Ms Ng Woei Kian, MPH, MN, RN, is currently an Assistant Director of Nursing in Tan Tock Seng Hospital. With more than 20 years of experience, she has been deeply involved in roles ranging from frontline care to leadership. Her experience has now extended to development of community health initiatives aimed at improving community health outcomes ensuring the well-being of diverse populations. She oversees the implementation of community health programs, guiding the nursing team to provide education, screenings and interventions that promote wellness. This involves fostering partnerships and engaging in outreach efforts with the community care partners, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams which has allowed the team to make impactful change within the communities.
