Nastasia is an associate psychologist at the Institute of Mental Health and the co-investigator in the study entitled Psychological Impact of COVID-19 Measures – Social Distancing on Workplace Mental Health. As a allied mental health professional, Nastasia was interested to find out how changes in workload and mode of work affected her colleagues during this pandemic. The study explores the psychosocial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic using both quantitative and qualitative measures.
