Darren is the Deputy Director, Nursing focusing on Quality and Patient Safety. He works closely with Clinical Governance and Quality (CGQ) on IMH hospital Quality and Patient Safety Priorities. He leads a team to conduct internal and external audits and also runs workshops on Quality Improvement Projects. Darren also holds advisory role in several committees such as Nursing Quality and patient safety council and Restraint workgroup. He is also a member of the SNB Education committtee which conduct accreditation for various hospitals and education institutions.
