Christopher Soh has amassed two decades of experience in clinical nursing and administration within the Tan Tock Seng Emergency Department. Throughout his career, Christopher has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills, leadership, and a passion for driving positive change in the field of nursing. Christopher’s main current portfolio revolves around leading the Nursing Innovation Bunch at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). This nursing entity focuses on fostering nursing innovation within and beyond the institution. Christopher plays a pivotal role in encouraging and supporting nurses to develop and implement innovative practices that enhance patient care and improve healthcare outcomes. In addition to his leadership role within the Nursing Innovation Bunch, Christopher also serves as the lead for the Centre of Asian Studies, Innovation Faculty. This position allows him to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop novel strategies and approaches in healthcare delivery. By leveraging his expertise and knowledge, Christopher contributes to advancing healthcare practices and finding innovative solutions to complex healthcare challenges. Christopher’s commitment to innovation extends beyond the walls of TTSH. He is actively involved in partnerships and collaborations, serving as a fellow of the Centre of Healthcare Innovation, a prominent creative think tank. In this role, Christopher plays an integral part in nurturing and expanding the innovation ecosystem within and beyond the healthcare industry. His dedication showcases the drive for continuous improvement and pushing the boundaries of healthcare innovation.
