San Chye is an Assistant Director at the NHG’s Health Outcomes and Medical Education Research (HOMER), where he leads a team of research analysts. The HOMER team collaborates with researchers, healthcare professionals, and various stakeholders in education and healthcare research. Adopting a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods in his research, he leverages learning, psychological and behavioural sciences perspectives to generate health behavioural insights and inform design of interventions to shape health behaviours and outcomes.
