Dr Teo is a Consultant Family Physician and Head of Kallang Polyclinic. She has special interests in innovation, respiratory care and medication management and safety. In her role in innovation she has been involved in several projects aimed at evolving patient care and enhancing care using technology and innovating for the future. Together with the team at NHGP won the recent NHG Team Recognition Gold award and NHG Innovation award for their work with MOHT on the Primary Technology Enhanced Care (PTEC) Hypertension that is now being scaled and rolled out to all polyclinics in Singapore. Dr Teo is also involved in medical education both undergraduate and post graduate.
