Yee Wee Tang is the Managing Director of Grab Singapore. He is responsible for leading business strategy and operations for Grab in the market.

Wee Tang joined Grab over five years ago and was previously the Head of Grab Philippines, Thailand and Cambodia. He also led Grab’s entry into Cambodia. Most recently, he led the GrabBike and GrabExpress services in Indonesia.

Prior to joining Grab, Wee Tang spent more than five years in management consultancy with the Boston Consulting Group and BP.

His experience spans a breadth of industries including transport, financial institutions and energy. He also spent several years as an engineer with SMRT Corporation in Singapore.

Wee Tang has a master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of London, Imperial College, and received his MBA from Duke University. He spends his free time with his wife and four children.
