Yes, you have to be registered before submitting the abstract. Please note that there will be no refund of registration fee in the event your abstract is not accepted for SHBC 2021. You will still be able to attend as a delegate for the virtual Congress.

It will be made available on the SHBC website when the abstract portal is launched in May 2021. A mass email will be sent to our Cluster to inform the launch of new website and portal. Please watch out for it.
No upfront registration payment for NHG Staff. SHBC Secretariat will bill the various institutes/departments/HR after the event.
It is S$100.00 for 2 days of SHBC (before GST).
You will receive an auto-generated email after the registration process is completed. In the email, you will have the details to log into the dashboard to submit your abstract.
No, you will be able to save your work and continue the submission in another sitting. Changes are allowed after submission, up until the abstract portal closes on 23 July 2021.
There is no limit of the number of abstracts you can submit. You are encouraged to submit more.
Yes, you may submit if you are the First or Co-author of the abstract. Do note that by submitting it, it is deemed that all authors have given permission and are aware of the submission.
Yes, you can submit for SHBC as long as the abstract has not been published as a full manuscript /article previously.

Due to COVID-19 situation, the onsite competition will not be held at a physical venue. All competition sessions (including Oral / poster sessions) will be held via zoom instead. Secretariat will send out more information closer to date.
