Konstadina Griva [MSC, PhD (University College London, UK is a Associate Professor Of Health Psychology and Behavioural Medicine in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine Nanyang Technological University and international recognised research in the filed of PsychoNephrology. Her research work focuses on (co-) development, assessment, and implementation of evidence-based brief psychological interventions for health promotion and prevention and self-management of chronic conditions with focus on Chronic Kidney Disease.
