Dr Lim Wei-Yen (MBBS, MPH, PhD) is a Consultant with the Department of Clinical Epidemiology and a Public Health Specialist with research interests in chronic disease epidemiology. He has previously worked in non-communicable disease prevention and control policy at the Ministry of Health Singapore, and was an academic faculty member at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health where he conducted research in chronic disease epidemiology (focusing on lung cancer and diabetes) and taught epidemiology to both medical school undergraduates and graduate students in the School’s Masters in Public Health programme. Prior to joining Tan Tock Seng Hospital, he was Deputy Director of the Research & Development Office at the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), where he supervised applied research and evaluation projects that were relevant to AIC’s operations.
